We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2023 Cryogenic Engineering Conference (CEC) and International Cryogenic Materials Conference (ICMC) scheduled for July 9-13, 2023, which takes place at the Hawai\u2019i Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawai’i.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 24th<\/sup>\u00a0<\/span>joint CEC\/ICMC 2023 conference is expected to attract over 500 scientists and engineers from research laboratories and institutions around the world who are active in cryogenic technology. Among these participants will be many decision-making managers.<\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibits will consist of product manufacturers and service providers related to the cryogenic industry and will be held in conjunction with the technical conferences. The CRYO EXPO<\/strong> begins on Sunday, July 9, 2023 and ends on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In order to ensure maximum exposure, the exhibit hall will be the site of all poster sessions, refreshment breaks and the Welcome & Exhibitor Reception to be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For exhibitors purchasing a standard booth space, booth numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out. To select your preferred booth area, please refer to the tentative Exhibit floor plan and include your booth number preference(s) during the registration process. Careful consideration will be given to such requests whenever possible. For standard booths, the booth assignments will be announced on May 3, 2023.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

*<\/strong>Premium booths are located throughout the hall and are marked in orange on the floor plan. Exhibitors purchasing a premium booth space must select a specific booth number, based on availability, during the registration process. Payment must be received within 10 business days of submitting the booth registration to guarantee the selected booth number(s).<\/strong><\/p>\n
