By Bus<\/strong>
\nYou can take the bus (officially known as TheBus<\/strong><\/a>) from the Honolulu airport to Waikiki Beach or practically anywhere on the island. TheBus<\/strong> is the official transit service of Oahu. Buses run regularly through Honolulu and around the island, and the fare is $2.50, which includes a free transfer within a limited time window (ask for this when you board and pay your fare).<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Fares to Honolulu are approximately $30.<\/p>\n

By Ride Share<\/strong>
\nThe cost for an Uber is approximately $20.<\/p>\n

Car Rentals –<\/span><\/strong>Six rental car companies, Advantage, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz and National are located on airport.\u00a0 Four others provide off-airport car rentals.\u00a0 Registration counters are located in the Baggage Claim area.
