GROUP RATE RESERVATION PROCEDURE

GROUP RATE RESERVATION DEADLINE<\/strong>
\nMake your reservation by June 1, 2023<\/strong> to guarantee the CEC\/ICMC’23 special conference rate.<\/p>\n

US <\/strong>Government Rate $177<\/strong> per night plus 17.962% tax.\u00a0
\n<\/strong>
\nThe government block is currently full<\/strong><\/span>. Additional government rate rooms may become available on April 24. Although we have a waitlist for the government rate, we encourage you to book a reservation at the $205 Group Rate in case your request for a government rate reservation cannot be honored. To be added to the waitlist for a government rate room, you will need to agree to the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Be a US government employee with a current\/valid US ID. You will be required to present your ID at hotel check-in.<\/li>\n
  2. Agree to stay a minimum of 5 consecutive nights and arrive no later than Sunday, July 9.<\/li>\n
  3. Agree not to contact Conference Management with any requests for pre or post conference stays.<\/li>\n
  4. Agree to contact Conference Management with any cancellation requests. This allows for other attendees on the government rate waiting list to receive the discounted rate.<\/li>\n
  5. Register and pay to attend the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    GOVERNMENT RATE RESERVATION PROCEDURE
    \n<\/strong>Please email Conference Management at     cecicmc@centennialconferences.com<\/a><\/strong> with CEC\/ICMC’23 GOVERNMENT RATE REQUEST<\/strong> noted in the subject field. Attach your registration confirmation that shows that full payment has been made. Include in your message your first and last name, organization, the day and date of arrival, and the day and date of departure. If approved, you will receive a link to reserve your hotel room.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    GOVERNMENT RATE RESERVATION DEADLINE<\/strong>

    DEPOSIT<\/strong>
    \nThe hotel will require a one-night room and tax as a deposit in advance to guarantee a reservation.<\/p>\n

    CANCELLATIONS\/CHANGES\/REFUNDS<\/strong>
    \nA one (1) night deposit plus taxes will be due at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made within 72 hours of arrival, a one (1) night penalty plus tax will apply. A no-show charge of two (2) night’s room and tax will apply for individuals who fail to show for their confirmed reservation. The hotels will accept payment in the form of credit card, cash or money order.<\/p>\n
