The 2025 Cryogenic Engineering Conference &amp; International Cryogenic Materials Conference (CEC\/ICMC 2025) Organizers encourage you to apply for your visa as early as possible, at least 3 to 4 months prior to this conference.<strong> Attending a scientific conference typically requires a B-1 Visa (Business Visitor Visa).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Please note: Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews. <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/us-visas\/visa-information-resources\/wait-times.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Visa Wait Times for Interview Appointments and Processing by City are available here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">CEC\/ICMC 2025 CANNOT INTERVENE with U.S. Embassies abroad or the State Department on behalf of any participant. A hard copy will be faxed and mailed to you via regular airmail only if requested.
