Is it complete? If you recommend shortening, please suggest what should be omitted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Conclusion: Does the paper contain a carefully written conclusion, summarizing what has been learned and why it is interesting and useful?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pre-submission checklist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Prior to submitting your paper, please check that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You have used the<\/span>\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cec-icmc.org\/2025\/publication\/#template\">IOP MS Word or LaTeX2e template<\/a><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">to prepare your paper.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Ensure that your abstract has a single paragraph not exceeding 200 words.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Check your figures carefully to avoid loss of information. Do not mention the word &#8220;color&#8221; in the figure caption as all color figures will appear in color by default in the digital format.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Ensure every section, figure, table, or equation has its own number and none are duplicated or missing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Check reference lists for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Ensure that all references are cited in the text and that all citations have a corresponding reference.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Conduct a thorough proofread to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">The PDF file is editable and not password protected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Adhere to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cec-icmc.org\/2025\/publication\/#page-limits\">page limits<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Provide any multimedia files you wish to publish online.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">IOP Conference Series encourages authors to submit multimedia files to enhance the online versions of published research articles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Permissions and approvals<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Sponsor, supervisor, or other approvals as well as English content reviews have been received\/performed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Permission to reproduce prior published figures, etc. has been obtained from the respective publishers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Papers must be submitted as PDF files at all stages of the peer review.<\/strong> Prior to submission, please check that the PDF is free of formatting errors (e.g., corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution figures), since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its <strong>final form ready for publication<\/strong> and has been <strong>thoroughly proofread.<\/strong> <strong>IOP does not copyedit papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication<\/strong>. Please note that <strong>post-publication changes are not usually permitted,<\/strong> unless there are exceptional circumstances, so please ensure your paper has been checked for errors.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>Where to submit your paper<a id=\"paper-site\"><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Papers, <strong>prepared using the IOP template and checked according to the pre-submission checklist<\/strong>, must be submitted to the CEC\/ICMC 2025 IOP peer review site <strong>(hosted again by Morressier)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>An email will be sent on May 21, 2025, <\/strong>to the <strong>abstract submitter<\/strong> with submission information who will become the contact author for the peer review process. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">If you wish to change the contact author prior to the start of the paper submission process, please submit your request by <strong><a href=\"mailto:cecicmc@centennialconferences.com?subject=CEC\/ICMC 2025 Request to Change Contact Author\">email<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>to Centennial Conferences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>Submitting your paper<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Authors will be required to <strong>select the session in which they presented at the conference and enter the assigned presentation ID as shown in front of their presentation title in the program.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">The <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">presentation ID is <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">case sensitive and can only be used once<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Be sure to enter the correct presentation ID. However, paper submission is not a requirement. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">A submitted paper will only be considered for peer review if the work was presented at its scheduled day &amp; time during the conference.<\/span><a id=\"limits\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>Page limits<a id=\"page-limits\"><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Contributed oral and poster papers may be up to eight (8) pages including figures and references.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Invited papers may be up to ten (10) pages including figures and references.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Plenary paper may be up to twenty (20) pages including figures and references. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">The additional page fee is <strong>US $150<\/strong>. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\">Fees for additional manuscript pages are due with acceptance of the paper. You will be contacted by the editorial staff with instructions on how to submit payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> If reviewers or editors request additional content to enhance clarity and this results in exceeding the page limit, a fee of $150 per page applies.
