If you would like to arrange for a meeting during the Conference, please contact the Conference Manager, Paula Pair, at <strong><a href=\"mailto:cecicmc@centennialconferences.com?subject=CEC\/ICMC 2025 Ancillary Meeting Request\">cecicmc@centennialconferences.com<\/a><\/strong> for assistance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Limited space is available at the Peppermill Reno. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please provide the following information pertaining to your meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Date<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Time (start and end times)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Anticipated attendance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Setup (U-shape, conference style, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Audio visual requirement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Hybrid requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Internet requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Electrical requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Food and beverage requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Subject\/Title of meeting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Can your meeting be listed on the conference schedule at a glance?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Organizer&#8217;s contact information (with email address)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">On-site point of contact (if not the Meeting Organizer noted above)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upon receipt of the information above, meeting organizers will receive a meeting space request confirmation from Paula Pair and the meeting space assignment will follow. Paula will then initiate an introduction with the appropriate point of contact at the hotel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In all cases, the meeting organizer will be responsible for setting up direct billing arrangements with the meeting venue\u2019s point of contact.
