Patrons will be acknowledged as follows: Company name, logo and web link will appear on the CEC\/ICMC 2025 website, in conference related informational emails, on appropriate signage displayed during the conference, on pre-plenary session looping slides, and in the proceedings of the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), tentative publication date: Spring 2026. \nEach supported Plenary Session will include the patron\u2019s name as part of the session title in the program book. The patron\u2019s company logo and QR code will be projected on the screen at the beginning of the supported session, and a sign placed at the entry. In addition, verbal acknowledgment will be given by the session moderator, and the patron company will have the opportunity to give a 60-second introduction to the plenary session. <\/span>P<\/em>lenary session support is $2,500+ (one exclusive patron per plenary).<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
\nSpecial Sessions will be formed to serve as major highlights of the conference in keeping with the interests of the cryogenics community. Memorial Sessions will also be designated, whereby an oral session has been thematically structured to honor the contributions of a departed colleague. Each supported special session will contain the patron\u2019s name as part of the session title in the program book. The patron\u2019s company logo and QR code will be projected on the screen at the beginning of the supported session, and a sign will be placed at the entry to the session. In addition, verbal acknowledgment will be given by the session moderator, and the patron company will have the opportunity to give a verbal 60-second introduction to the special session. \nThe Welcome and Exhibitor Reception, held within the exhibition area on Sunday evening of the conference week, is one of the most well-attended events at CEC\/ICMC. Attendees will mingle with exhibitors and each other, greet old friends, and be introduced to new ones. Your support of the Welcome and Exhibitor Reception ensures you are the first to be noticed. The patron\u2019s name will be included in the event title in the program book, and the patron\u2019s company logo and QR code will be featured on reception entry signage. Additionally, the patron company can also bring free-standing banners for placement within the reception area. \nAdvertising Opportunities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
\n<\/strong>The Peppermill Resort has large, state-of-the-art, LED digital electronic signage outside of the exhibit hall. Your company can pay, by the day, to display a single image, looping images, or an MP4 video (without sound). Please click here<\/a><\/strong> to see available locations. \nCEC\/ICMC 2025 will email conference related information daily to conference attendees during the conference week. Your company can develop a small advertisement to be included in the conference related email sent to the registrants. Each advertisement will consist of the advertiser’s logo and a 200-word ad. T<\/em><\/strong>he E-blast advertising is $1,000 per email blast.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
\nSold Opportunities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
\n<\/strong>New this year is the CEC\/ICMC 2025 Conference Activity Area located in the center of the exhibit hall featuring a Corn Hole tournament! The tournament is open to all attendees during the Welcome and Exhibitor Reception on Sunday and to the exhibitors following the afternoon poster sessions on Monday and Tuesday. The conference will produce the corn hole sets branded with your logo and QR code and these are yours to keep. If you prefer not to pay to ship them home, the conference will assist with a donation to a good cause locally. \n<\/strong>The patron\u2019s company logo or advertisement will appear on the landing page for conference attendees accessing the complimentary Wi-Fi at the Peppermill Resort. Attendees are required to login to the Wi-Fi each day of the conference, providing your company with multiple exposures to each attendee. \nThe coffee break support provides you with exclusive rights to the naming and branding of the Monday-Wednesday coffee breaks in the exhibit hall during poster sessions. Your company name will be included in the coffee break title in the program book. \nThe Conference Onsite Program Book will be utilized by participants throughout the Conference.
