The 2027 Cryogenic Engineering Conference &amp; International Cryogenic Materials Conference (CEC\/ICMC 2027) Organizers encourage you to apply for your visa as early as possible, at least three to four months prior to the conference. <strong>Attending a scientific conference may require a B-1 Visa (Business Visitor Visa), depending on your circumstances.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note: Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews. <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/us-visas\/visa-information-resources\/wait-times.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Visa Wait Times for Interview Appointments and Processing by City are available here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>CEC\/ICMC 2027 <strong>CANNOT INTERVENE<\/strong> with U.S. Embassies abroad or the State Department on behalf of any participant. However, if you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, please contact <a href=\"mailto:cecicmc@centennialconferences.com?subject=CEC\/ICMC%202027%20Request%20for%20Letter%20of%20Invitation\"><strong>Centennial Conferences<\/strong><\/a> and provide the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full Name<\/li>\n<li>Complete Mailing Address<\/li>\n<li>Abstract Control ID(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The letter we provide will reflect your status as known to us at the time (abstract accepted and a place in the program assigned; paid registration received, etc.). The letter does not imply financial support from the conference. Your letter will be <strong>emailed<\/strong> to you. A hard copy will be faxed and mailed to you via regular airmail only if requested. Any fees for sending letters via express mail must be paid for by the requester.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that letters of invitation can only be sent to authors of accepted abstracts or registered and paid attendees and exhibitors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The majority of overseas attendees will be <strong>eligible for<\/strong> the <strong>Visa Waiver Program<\/strong>. To help the International Visitors Office identify you as a participant, please be sure to include the 2027 Cryogenic Engineering Conference &amp; International Cryogenic Materials Conference in the \u201cPurpose of Visit\u201d field on the questionnaire.
