Meeting space is tentatively planned to be available at the Knoxville Convention Center. More information will be made available when conference registration opens on February 17, 2027.<\/p>\n<p>At that time, if you would like to arrange a meeting during the conference, please contact the Conference Manager, Paula Pair, by email at <strong><a href=\"mailto:cecicmc@centennialconferences.com?subject=CEC\/ICMC%202027%20Ancillary%20Meeting%20Request\">cecicmc@centennialconferences.com<\/a><\/strong> for assistance.<\/p>\n<p>Please provide the following information pertaining to your meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Date<\/li>\n<li>Time (start and end times)<\/li>\n<li>Anticipated attendance<\/li>\n<li>Setup (default: U-shape; modifications to this setup will incur change fees)<\/li>\n<li>Audio\/visual requirements<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid requirements<\/li>\n<li>Internet requirements<\/li>\n<li>Electrical requirements<\/li>\n<li>Food and beverage requirements<\/li>\n<li>Subject\/title of meeting<\/li>\n<li>Can your meeting be listed on the conference schedule at a glance?<\/li>\n<li>Organizer&#8217;s contact information (including email address)<\/li>\n<li>On-site point of contact (if different from the meeting organizer noted above)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon receipt of the information above, meeting organizers will receive a meeting space request confirmation from Paula Pair, followed by the meeting space assignment. Paula will then introduce the meeting organizer to the appropriate point of contact at the meeting venue.<\/p>\n<p>In all cases, the meeting organizer will be responsible for establishing direct billing arrangements with the meeting venue&#8217;s point of contact.
