The <strong>CRYO EXPO begins on Sunday, June 13 and ends on Wednesday, June 16<\/strong>. The exhibition space will be arranged to provide maximal exposure to the conference delegates during poster sessions, refreshment breaks and the Welcome &amp; Exhibitor Reception. The CRYO EXPO 2027 will consist of product manufacturers and service providers related to the cryogenic engineering industry and will be held in conjunction with the technical conference.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss this exceptional opportunity to present your company\u2019s latest products, services, and techniques in an intimate setting to a sophisticated audience involved in the research and development of cryogenic engineering. Exhibitors may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If you wish to pay by check or wire transfer, please contact <strong><a href=\"mailto:cecicmc@centennialconferences.com?subject=CEC\/ICMC%202027%20Exhibit%20Payment%20Inquiry\">Centennial Conferences<\/a><\/strong> for payment instructions.<\/p>\n<p>Once a booth has been reserved, the exhibit company contact will receive an email with instructions for registering booth personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Two exhibit representative registrations are included with each 10? x 10? booth. Up to two additional representatives may be registered at $400 per person. Additional representatives who wish to attend conference technical sessions and other conference activities must complete the appropriate online conference participant registration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The deadline to select a booth online and submit full payment is Tuesday, April 6, 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>Written cancellation notice received on or before Thursday, April 8, 2027, will result in a 20% administrative fee being retained.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellations received after April 8, 2027, will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.<\/p>\n<h2>Decorator &amp; Exhibit Service Kit<\/h2>\n<p>GES is the official decorator for CEC\/ICMC 2027.<\/p>\n<p>GES will email a link to the online service kit on April 19, 2027.<\/p>\n<p>The service kit contains information about GES and Knoxville Convention Center services, selected ancillary suppliers, shipping\/drayage\/material handling, and preprinted labels.<\/p>\n<p>Booth furnishings, graphics, rigging, audiovisual equipment, electrical services, and other fee-based services should be ordered from GES\/Knoxville Convention Center using the service manual.<\/p>\n<h2>Special Requests<\/h2>\n<p>Nitrogen and oxygen tanks are permitted with Fire Marshal approval.<\/p>\n<p>Helium and nitrous oxide tanks must be removed prior to opening.<\/p>\n<p>OSHA labels and warnings are required. Tanks must be secured in an upright position. Nitrous oxide and oxygen tanks over 250 cubic feet are prohibited. Oxidizing gases over 503 cubic feet are permitted only in the public assembly area under permit.<\/p>\n<p>Exhibitors with hazardous materials must notify Centennial Conferences by email no later than Friday, March 5, 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Any unlabeled container removed from the Peppermill hotel will be tested and disposed of at the exhibitor&#8217;s expense.<\/p>\n<p>All special requests must be directed to Centennial Conferences <strong>PRIOR<\/strong> to online booth registration. Examples include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cooling water\/drains<\/li>\n<li>Electrical compressor<\/li>\n<li>Chemical mixtures<\/li>\n<li>Liquid hydrogen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If approved, Centennial Conferences will provide confirmation.
