Presentations Guidelines & Information

Anyone presenting at and attending the Conference must be a registered participant.  Click here for registration information.

All abstracts accepted for the Conference will be presented in either oral or poster sessions. All presentations must be in English.

The first character of the program number, C or M, represents the Conference designation, C for the CRYOGENIC Engineering Conference (CEC), M for the International Cryogenic MATERIALS Conference (ICMC). The second character, 1, 2, 3, or 4, denotes the day of the Conference, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. The third character, A-Q, differentiates the sessions on a given day.

NEW FOR ALL AUTHORS OF POSTER AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS: You are requested to electronically publish your Posters and Oral Presentations prior to or during the Conference and by doing so, share them with your colleagues.

Electronic publication of your Presentation Materials at the Conference will allow you to maximize your Conference experience by:

  • providing instant access to data and information that is usually only available for a fleeting moment during the live presentation
  • preserving a shareable record of the hard work put into presentation materials
  • providing an excellent platform for information exchange

The CEC/ICMC’15 papers will be published with IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), and as such will be subject to the usual peer review procedures of the Proceedings. Instructions for manuscript preparation will be available on the Publication link.

Wireless internet access will be available throughout the conference area. An internet café will not be provided during CEC/ICMC’15, however, the publication office as well as the speaker preparation room will provide for additional computer equipment for uploading of your presentations.
