CEC & ICMC Student Meritorious Paper Award

It has been a long standing practice of the Cryogenic Engineering Conference (CEC) and the International Cryogenic Materials Conference (ICMC) to present awards to students for outstanding work. The Student Meritorious Paper Award(s) will be presented at the conference.

The Student Meritorious Paper Award is awarded to students for outstanding work. Winners will receive a printed certificate and a monetary award.

The 2015 CEC Student Meritorious Paper Award winner is:

The award will be presented prior to the Tuesday morning plenary session on June 30, 2015.

Selection will be competitive and based upon:

    • an assessment of the amount of the presented work that is actually attributable to the student,
    • a personal evaluation of the studentʼs potential as a professional cryogenic engineer/scientist.

Award winners must personally present their paper at the conference to receive the cash award and certificate.

The deadline for Student Meritorious Paper submissions is April 13, 2015 but has been extended for ICMC submissions only to April 27.
