2021 CEC/ICMC Program Now Available
The CEC-ICMC’21 program is strong, technologically diverse, and exciting. More than 450 talks and posters will be presented over five days of the conference week. Plenary talks include topics of “The Promise of Superconducting Quantum Information Science”, “The Mars Oxygen In-Situ Resource Utilization Experiment (MOXIE)”, “ASCEND – A First Step Towards Cryogenic Electric Propulsion for Aircraft”, and “ITER Cryogenic Systems – the Scale, Complexity, and Innovation”. Special CEC/ICMC Joint Sessions on Transportation and Quantum Information Science are also presented. A CEC/ICMC Joint Panel Session: Hydrogen Technologies for Propulsion is planned for all day Thursday, July 22, and exciting new topics including Topological Insulators for Electronics, 3D Printing Materials, Next-Generation H2 Storage Vessels, Mechanical Properties of Cables for High-Field Magnets, and other. Session ID’s & Presentation ID’s
Session ID: The first character of the session ID, C or M, represents the Conference designation, C for the CRYOGENIC Engineering Conference (CEC), M for the International Cryogenic MATERIALS Conference (ICMC). The second character, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, denotes the day of the Conference: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The third and fourth characters (Or or Po) indicate whether the presentation is in an oral or poster session. The fifth and last character represents the concurrent session on a specific day. Session ID examples are: C1Po1A (CEC Poster on Monday), M3Po1A (ICMC Poster on Wednesday); M1Or1A (ICMC Oral on Monday), C3Or1A (CEC Oral on Wednesday).
Presentation ID: The presentation ID consists of the session ID plus the order within the session. Presentation ID examples are: C1Po1A-01, M3Po1A-01, M1Or1A-01, C3Or1A-01.
