Nominations Now Open

Help shape the future of the Cryogenic Engineering Conference (CEC).

CEC is seeking volunteers interested in serving on the CEC Board. You may nominate yourself or suggest a colleague who would be interested in serving. Candidate suggestions are being accepted through February 24, 2027.

Serving on the CEC Board is an opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the conference, help shape future CEC meetings and activities, and support the broader cryogenic engineering community.

How the Election Process Works

The CEC Board candidate and election process consists of three steps:

  1. Candidate review: Suggested candidates are reviewed by the current CEC Board for placement on the election ballot.
  2. Conference election: New Board members are elected by popular vote during the conference.
  3. Board service: Elected Board members may serve for up to three conferences, subject to renewal, and are expected to participate in Board planning meetings for future conferences.
