New Lodging Information for CEC/ICMC 2027

We are updating our housing process for this conference. Instead of booking through a centralized conference hotel room block, please book directly with the hotel of your choice.

Why the change?

  • More choices: Many hotels are within walking distance of the Knoxville Convention Center, and others are a short Uber ride away.
  • Flexibility: Booking directly lets you pick the amenities, loyalty rewards, and rates that fit your budget and schedule.

Next steps

  1. Review the map of hotels near the convention center (opens in a new tab), including those a little farther away.
  2. Choose the property that works best for you.
  3. Contact the hotel directly or visit its website to reserve your room, or see places to stay on the Visit Knoxville website (opens in a new tab).

Housing Poaching Alert

Be cautious if any company or service other than CEC/ICMC 2027 and Centennial Conferences claims or implies that it is the “Official Housing Provider” or “Official Travel Agency” for CEC/ICMC 2027.

CEC/ICMC 2027 has not negotiated contracts with any housing or trade show companies. These companies may solicit you or your organization aggressively, often promising big discounts. Such solicitations may be attempts to obtain your personal or credit card information.

If a company contacts you to sell hotel rooms or travel services on behalf of CEC/ICMC 2027, notify Paula Pair immediately at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com.
