We anticipate that a number of ancillary meetings will be held in conjunction with CEC/ICMC 2027. Meeting space is tentatively planned to be available at the Knoxville Convention Center. More information will be made available when conference registration opens on February 17, 2027.
At that time, if you would like to arrange a meeting during the conference, please contact the Conference Manager, Paula Pair, by email at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com for assistance.
Please provide the following information pertaining to your meeting:
- Date
- Time (start and end times)
- Anticipated attendance
- Setup (default: U-shape; modifications to this setup will incur change fees)
- Audio/visual requirements
- Hybrid requirements
- Internet requirements
- Electrical requirements
- Food and beverage requirements
- Subject/title of meeting
- Can your meeting be listed on the conference schedule at a glance?
- Organizer’s contact information (including email address)
- On-site point of contact (if different from the meeting organizer noted above)
Upon receipt of the information above, meeting organizers will receive a meeting space request confirmation from Paula Pair, followed by the meeting space assignment. Paula will then introduce the meeting organizer to the appropriate point of contact at the meeting venue.
In all cases, the meeting organizer will be responsible for establishing direct billing arrangements with the meeting venue’s point of contact. CEC/ICMC 2027 is not responsible for ancillary meeting-related expenses.
