The CEC/ICMC 2027 will host a Scientific and Industrial Exhibition, the CRYO EXPO 2027, which will bring together scientists and engineers from the worldwide research community.

The CRYO EXPO 2027 and all technical sessions will be held at the Knoxville Convention Center. The CRYO EXPO begins on Sunday, June 13 and ends on Wednesday, June 16. The exhibition space will be arranged to provide maximal exposure to the conference delegates during poster sessions, refreshment breaks and the Welcome & Exhibitor Reception. The CRYO EXPO 2027 will consist of product manufacturers and service providers related to the cryogenic engineering industry and will be held in conjunction with the technical conference.

Exhibit Details

Booth Rental Rates

10′ x 10′ Single Booth Fee: $3,250

10′ x 20′ Double Booth Fee: $5,650

What’s Included with Your Booth

Single booth spaces are 10’ wide by 10’ deep and include:

• 3’ high fabric side rails
• 8’ back wall
• 11″ x 17” identification sign
• 6’ draped table
• Two chairs
• Waste basket

The Exhibit Hall is not carpeted.

Booth Assignment & Registration

Exhibit space is limited and booth locations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors may select their preferred booth location from those available at the time of registration. Payment is due in full when the booth is reserved.

Exhibit booth registration closes on Tuesday, April 6, 2027.

Exhibit Files

Exhibitor Registration & Payment Information

CEC/ICMC 2027 CRYO EXPO exhibit booths and exhibit representative registrations must be completed online.

Payment in full is required at the time the booth is reserved. Exhibitors may pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If you wish to pay by check or wire transfer, please contact Centennial Conferences for payment instructions.

Once a booth has been reserved, the exhibit company contact will receive an email with instructions for registering booth personnel.

Two exhibit representative registrations are included with each 10? x 10? booth. Up to two additional representatives may be registered at $400 per person. Additional representatives who wish to attend conference technical sessions and other conference activities must complete the appropriate online conference participant registration.

The deadline to select a booth online and submit full payment is Tuesday, April 6, 2027.

Cancellation

Written cancellation notice received on or before Thursday, April 8, 2027, will result in a 20% administrative fee being retained.

Cancellations received after April 8, 2027, will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Decorator & Exhibit Service Kit

GES is the official decorator for CEC/ICMC 2027.

GES will email a link to the online service kit on April 19, 2027.

The service kit contains information about GES and Knoxville Convention Center services, selected ancillary suppliers, shipping/drayage/material handling, and preprinted labels.

Booth furnishings, graphics, rigging, audiovisual equipment, electrical services, and other fee-based services should be ordered from GES/Knoxville Convention Center using the service manual.

Special Requests

Nitrogen and oxygen tanks are permitted with Fire Marshal approval.

Helium and nitrous oxide tanks must be removed prior to opening.

OSHA labels and warnings are required. Tanks must be secured in an upright position. Nitrous oxide and oxygen tanks over 250 cubic feet are prohibited. Oxidizing gases over 503 cubic feet are permitted only in the public assembly area under permit.

Exhibitors with hazardous materials must notify Centennial Conferences by email no later than Friday, March 5, 2027.

Any unlabeled container removed from the Peppermill hotel will be tested and disposed of at the exhibitor’s expense.

All special requests must be directed to Centennial Conferences PRIOR to online booth registration. Examples include:

• Cooling water/drains
• Electrical compressor
• Chemical mixtures
• Liquid hydrogen

If approved, Centennial Conferences will provide confirmation. Please complete the Special Needs section during the booth registration process.

Advertising and sponsorship opportunities are available on the CEC/ICMC 2027 website and may be viewed here.  Advertising and sponsorship opportunities can be selected during the online booth registration.

Fraud Information

Please be aware of companies or service providers other than CEC/ICMC 2027 and Centennial Conferences claiming to be the “Official Housing Provider and/or Travel Agency” for the conference. These companies may contact exhibitors offering hotel reservations, exhibit or conference registration, attendee lists, or other services.

These unauthorized companies are sometimes referred to as “pirates.” They may attempt to obtain your credit card information or other personal information.

Exhibitor badges are required.

Dismantle

Wednesday, June 16, 2027 — 11:00 AM –3:00 PM

No teardown is permitted before 11:00 a.m. All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 3:00 p.m. to allow preparations for the Wednesday evening event.
