Tickets to the Welcome & Exhibitor Reception and Banquet Reception are included in the Full Conference Registration fees. Additional tickets may be purchased for guests attending the event with attendees.
Welcome & Exhibitor Reception
Join us Sunday, July 21, promptly at 6:30 p.m. for an exciting Welcome to Hartford Reception. This reception will take place in the Exhibit Hall at the Connecticut Convention Center.

Back by popular demand, the Fun Run/Walk will be held at CEC/ICMC 2019 in Hartford, Connecticut. An out-and-back route covering a distance of 4.2 K travels through the Riverfront Park by the Connecticut Convention Center where the race will start at 6:15 a.m. sharp.
If you are interested in participating, please register for the Fun Run when registering for CEC/ICMC 2019 (located in the online registration site under Optional Activities).
Every person who participates in the fun run is required to submit a Participant Release form before the run. Please complete the form and email it to Centennial Conferences at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com.
Fun Run T-shirts will be given to all who register and make payment by June 17, 2019. Please be sure to select your size when registering for the activity. T-shirts are not guaranteed for those who register after June 17.

Any pre-paid CEC/ICMC’19 Fun Run/Walk tickets will be non-refundable after Friday, June 17, 2019.
