Withdrawal requests after January 31, 2013 must be sent to the appropriate program chairs with copy to Centennial Conferences as follows:
- ICMC: Robert Walsh, email
Withdrawals during the Conference: please either email the appropriate program chair (see above) or advise the staff in the Publication Office at the Dena’ina Civic & Convention Center.
