We anticipate that a number of ancillary meetings will be held in conjunction with CEC-ICMC 2025. If you would like to arrange for a meeting during the Conference, please contact the Conference Manager, Paula Pair, at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com for assistance.
Limited space is available at the Peppermill Reno. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please provide the following information pertaining to your meeting:
- Date
- Time (start and end times)
- Anticipated attendance
- Setup (U-shape, conference style, etc.)
- Audio visual requirement
- Hybrid requirements
- Internet requirements
- Electrical requirements
- Food and beverage requirements
- Subject/Title of meeting
- Can your meeting be listed on the conference schedule at a glance?
- Organizer’s contact information (with email address)
- On-site point of contact (if not the Meeting Organizer noted above)
Upon receipt of the information above, meeting organizers will receive a meeting space request confirmation from Paula Pair and the meeting space assignment will follow. Paula will then initiate an introduction with the appropriate point of contact at the hotel.
In all cases, the meeting organizer will be responsible for setting up direct billing arrangements with the meeting venue’s point of contact. CEC-ICMC 2025 is not responsible for ancillary meeting related expenses.
